1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from:

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Eliza Kornecka trading as 4 Seasons Studio UK.
“You” refers to the customer purchasing our products.

4 Seasons is a jewellery brand. Certain pieces may carry a designer attribution (for example, “designed by Eli Sophie”). Such attribution reflects creative authorship only and does not create a separate legal entity.

2. Our Products

All jewellery pieces are created under the brand 4 Seasons.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery and the use of natural materials:
- Slight variations in colour, tone and texture may occur.
- Natural stones and beads may contain unique markings.
- Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

These characteristics are not considered faults.

3. Ordering Process (Direct Message Sales)

Orders are placed via direct message (DM) through our social media platforms.

The process includes:
1. Customer enquiry
2. Confirmation of availability, price and delivery cost
3. Customer confirmation to proceed
4. Payment request issued
5. Payment received
6. Order acceptance confirmation sent

A legally binding contract is formed only once:
- Full payment has been received, and
- We confirm acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to decline any order prior to acceptance.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Full payment is required before dispatch.
We are not currently VAT registered. Prices do not include VAT.

Accepted payment methods:
- PayPal (Business account)
- UK Bank Transfer

Payment details will be provided during the ordering process.
Orders will not be dispatched until cleared funds have been received.

5. Delivery

Standard estimated dispatch time is 3–7 working days.

During collection launches, high order volumes or temporary studio closures, dispatch times may be extended. Any revised dispatch timeframe will be clearly communicated prior to order confirmation.

Unless otherwise agreed, orders will be delivered within 30 days in accordance with UK consumer law.

If we are unable to deliver within the agreed timeframe, you will be informed and offered the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Risk passes to you once the item has been delivered to the address provided.

If a parcel is delayed or lost, we will assist in liaising with the delivery provider.

6. Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

To exercise this right:
- You must notify us in writing by email to 4Seasons.StudioUK@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
- You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- In original condition
- In original packaging

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

6A. Branded Tag & Condition of Returns

All jewellery is supplied with a visible branded tag attached.

The tag is designed to remain attached while you inspect the piece indoors for fit and appearance, as you would in a retail setting.

Removal, cutting, or tampering with the branded tag indicates acceptance of the item and use beyond reasonable inspection.

Items returned without the original branded tag attached, or with the tag removed, cut or tampered with, may not be eligible for a full refund.

Where we determine that the item has been worn or used beyond reasonable inspection, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value of the goods.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Exceptions to Cancellation

The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Personalised jewellery
- Custom-made pieces
- Items created to specific customer requirements

Such items are non-refundable unless faulty.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

9. Care & Use

Our jewellery should be handled with care.

We are not responsible for:
- Damage caused by improper handling
- Exposure to water, chemicals or perfumes
- Normal wear and tear over time

Care guidance may be provided with your purchase.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, branding, imagery, written content, seasonal positioning concepts and creative direction associated with 4 Seasons are the intellectual property of Eliza Kornecka.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, postal disruptions, strikes, natural disasters, severe weather, illness, supply chain interruptions or other unforeseen circumstances.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
