Processing Time

All jewellery is handcrafted in small batches.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

However, please allow up to 14 days for dispatch in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • temporary shortage of specific materials or components

  • high order volumes

  • holiday periods or studio closure

  • made-to-order pieces

Customers will be notified if any significant delay occurs.


Made-to-Order Jewellery

Some jewellery pieces may be made to order.

These items are created specifically after an order is placed and may therefore require additional processing time within the dispatch window stated above.

Where applicable, estimated production times may also be indicated on the product page.


Shipping Methods & Costs

Orders are shipped using the following delivery options:

Shipping options will be available for selection at checkout.

 

For international orders, customers may be responsible for any additional customs duties or import taxes, in accordance with the laws of the country of delivery.


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over £150.

Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout when the qualifying order value is reached.


Packaging

All jewellery is carefully packaged in branded 4 Seasons packaging, suitable for gifting.

Packaging is designed to protect the jewellery during transit while maintaining a refined and minimal presentation.


Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the selected courier.

If a parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the courier.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

4 Seasons by Eli Sophie cannot be responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.


Delivery Delays

Delivery times provided by courier services are estimates and not guaranteed.

Occasionally delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, such as:

  • postal service disruptions

  • severe weather conditions

  • industrial action

  • technical issues affecting courier networks

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
